  • Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa.
  • Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.
  1. Services Provided

2.1 Scope of Services:

  • Grab Food HK acts as an intermediary between Users and Merchants.
  • The app facilitates the placement of orders, processing of payments, and coordination of deliveries.

2.2 Service Limitations:

  • Grab Food HK is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the items ordered.
  • Merchants are solely responsible for fulfilling orders and complying with applicable laws.
  1. User Obligations

3.1 Accuracy of Information:

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering and placing orders.
  • Users must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from engaging in fraudulent activities.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct:

  • Users shall not misuse the app, including but not limited to, using the app for illegal purposes, attempting to hack or disrupt the app, or violating any terms and conditions.
  1. Merchant Obligations

4.1 Quality Assurance:

  • Merchants must ensure the quality and safety of their products.
  • Merchants are responsible for the correct packaging and timely delivery of orders.

4.2 Compliance with Laws:

  • Merchants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding food safety and hygiene.
  1. Payment Terms

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Payments can be made via Stripe Pay, Credit Card and other automated methods available on the app.
  • All payments are non-refundable and irrevocable, except as specified in the refund policy.

5.2 Payment Processing:

  • Grab Food HK processes payments on behalf of Merchants and transfers funds accordingly.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for transactions.

 

  1. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation by Users:

  • Users may cancel orders before the Merchant has commenced preparation.
  • A cancellation fee of $100 may apply as specified in the app’s cancellation policy.

 

6.2 Refund Policy:

  • Refunds may be issued in cases of incorrect, damaged, or missing items, with valid proof.
  • Users must contact customer support within 24 hours of order receipt to request a refund.
  1. Promotions

7.1 Promotional Offers:

  • Vouchers and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including validity periods and usage restrictions.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
